WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum orders: $400.00 (inc. GST) + freight.
NEW ACCOUNTS
All new accounts are subject to a minimum opening order and must be approved by Pili Pala Pieces.
MINIMUM QUANTITIES
Several items have a minimum order quantity. Please refer to relevant price lists for applicable order quantities.
PROFORMAS
All new accounts will be on a proforma basis and credit card details must be provided at the time of placing an order. We require 2 orders to be processed prior to “14 day payment terms upon order placement” being offered.
EXCLUSIVITY
We offer location (postcode) exclusivity on wholesale orders where minimum order expectations are met. Minimum order expectations include: 3 or more orders placed per year at an interval of less than 4 months apart.
Exclusivity does not apply in CBD postcode areas where multiple stockists may stock our products with full knowledge of other stockists in the area.
We can discuss single product/collection exclusivity if another stockist exists in your location that is not selling the same product/collection. This will be at our discretion.
TERMS
Pili Pala orders must be pre-paid prior to dispatch (unless prior approval has been granted). We require credit card details to be provided upon order placement for initial orders. Full payment is required prior to your goods being shipped (unless trading terms have been approved). Payments can be made via credit card or direct deposit.
SHIPPING
Our parcels are shipped by Australia Post within Australia. International orders will be shipped by the most appropriate courier on a per order basis.
A flat rate of $25.00 AU will be applied to all wholesale orders for shipping within Australia (unless otherwise specified). International orders will have a specific shipping fees applied based on the country of delivery.
The buyer agrees that the date of delivery specified by Pili Pala is our best estimate only and may vary by up to 5 business days. Pili Pala will not be liable for any delay in shipping once the order is dispatched.
DAMAGE AND NON-DELIVERY
Pili Pala warrants that products delivered will conform with the description provided on our website. Products that are damaged or defective will be replaced or the buyer will be offered a credit for the original wholesale price. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. All orders are tracked and tracking numbers will be provided to each stockist upon dispatch. Please report any non-deliveries to Pili Pala immediately.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally we may run out of products after you have paid for them. In this instance, the products will be placed on backorder, or if we are no longer able to provide you with the ordered goods you will be offered a credit to the original wholesale price.
RETURNS
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and due to damage only. Returns are not accepted due to change of mind. Products will be replaced or exchanged, or a refund will be issued (excluding shipping fees) as agreed upon between the purchaser and Pili Pala.
ONLINE ORDERING
Pili Pala accepts orders through our online wholesale ordering system. Please apply for a wholesale account on our website or by contacting helen@pilipalapieces.com.au.
PRICES
For approved wholesale account holders, prices will display at wholesale price inclusive of GST upon logging in to your wholesale account. Please note: some products/collections are not available for wholesale and, as such, they will only display at RRP prices.
Full prices on the Pili Pala website are RRP guide prices only and you must not price your goods under this amount unless clearly marked ‘SALE’.
All full prices listed on the Pili Pala website include GST.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been confirmed by Pili Pala, an agreement has been formed and cancellations are unable to be made.
Once an order has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
BRAND INTEGRITY
The purchaser is not permitted to tamper, change or relabel any Pili Pala goods.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, content and images are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by Pili Pala Pieces. Images, designs and content represented on the Pili Pala website may only be used upon approval from Pili Pala.
The purchaser will not use or copy (in full or part thereof), reproduce, duplicate or resell Pili Pala’s intellectual property, designs, artistic works, logos, images or the content on this website.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide with us will not be released or sold to any entities or individuals outside of Pili Pala.
Pili Pala does not collect or record any credit card details that you may provide when purchasing products from us (unless an authorisation form has been completed, in which case details will be destroyed upon payment).
LIABILITY
These ‘Terms and Conditions’ exclude all other warranties, conditions and guarantees implied by general laws, trade usage or otherwise.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of any order supplied by Pili Pala will one considered as confirmation of acceptance of these trading terms and conditions.
