Shipping & Returns

Orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (unless otherwise specified*).  Orders are sent via regular post.  If you require priority postage please email us before you process your order.  Email: info@pilipalapieces.com.au.

Orders over $100 will be sent via regular post for FREE. 

All jewellery and homeware products are designed and hand made by Pili Pala Pieces in Hobart, Tasmania.  Generally all products on the website are in stock, however on occasions, due to varying demand/order rates, an item may need to be made from start to finish to fulfil an order.  This only occurs rarely, but if this is the case, you will receive an email providing an estimated timeframe for dispatch.

Refunds or replacements will be issued if an item is broken or faulty upon reciept of order.  We require that the product be returned in order that the replacement/refund be issued.  Please email us for instructions on how to go about this process.  Refunds/replacements will not be issued for 'change of mind' so please choose carefully. 

Orders shipped internationally will be sent within 1 - 2 business days (unless otherwise specified *) and will be sent via registered post.  Arrival times vary depending on the location the order is destined for.  Approximate postage times are anywhere from 3 days to 20 days.
