- All orders are happily dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. We send our orders via regular post, unless you select express postage (additional fee at checkout). Orders over $100 for locations within Australia, will be sent via regular post for FREE.
- For orders under $100, standard postage usually costs between $4.00 - $10.00 depending on the weight/size of the product/s. (I.e.; a pair of earrings costs $4.00, a necklace costs $8.00, a vase costs $8.00, etc).
- Orders shipped internationally will be sent within 1 - 2 business days and will be sent via tracked post. Shipping times vary depending on the location the order is destined for and vary from 3 days to 20 days.
- In the very rare event that your lovely Pili Pala product is broken or faulty when you receive it, we will happily offer you a refund or replacement. Please contact us by email and phone to organise the next step. We will generally require that the product be returned in order that the replacement/refund be issued.
- We take full responsibility for the little tingly, excited, heel-click jump/boogy/squeal that you may experience when you open your Pili Pala product. This is the exact feeling that Helen experiences when she designs each and every piece for the range and when everything in the creation process goes 'just right'. If only we could bottle up that feeling and sell it!
